Article content In my last column of the year, I want to say how much I enjoy writing this little opinion piece every two weeks. The Calgary Herald has been very generous in allowing me to do this and in the two-plus years that I have been voicing my opinion, they have only once said, “OK, that column might have been out of line.” I am not going to tell you which one that was. Also, I have been overwhelmed by the number of people who have commented to me about the things I have written. Most feedback has been positive, but most gratifying has been whenever people have disagreed with me, it has almost always been gracious and polite. Oh, there has been the odd person who tested the thickness of my skin, but most people have stayed in the spirit of good discussion.
