(WBNG) -- The Broome County Office of Emergency Services said the County Communications Center is "experiencing issues" with the Binghamton, Vestal and Johnson City police 10-digit complaint reporting lines. Broome County officials said people should call 607-778-1911 if their call does not go through. Officials noted that 911 is still working for emergencies.
