On Monday, April 5 a 30-Day Notice to abate and two written warnings were issued for the property at US 377 S. A report was made. On Monday, April 12 at approximately 11:10 a.m., Deputy Scotty Burke was dispatched N Hwy 279. This was in reference to a burglary of a vehicle report and investigation. On Monday, April 12, at approximately 2:30 p.m. Deputy Scotty Burke met with the complainant at the LEC. This was in reference to a fraud report and investigation. On Monday, April 12 at 8:44 p.m. Deputy Carlyle James Gover responded to County Road 159. This was in reference to a burglary. The back door appeared to have been forced open; however, the property owner did not observe anything missing from the property. After further investigation a report was made.
