On Friday, May 21 at approximately 7:11 a.m. Deputy Scotty Burke was dispatched to to Roanoke in Brownwood. This was in reference to a deadly conduct report and investigation. On Friday, May 21 at approximately 5:30 p.m. Deputy Mike Sheedy, arrived at County Road 271 to speak with the complainant, who reported a family member has made threats against him and against his property. Complainant reported the family member does have mental health issues and has a history of drug abuse. A report has been generated and will be forwarded to the Criminal Investigation Division for further investigation. On Friday, May 21 at approximately 7:32 p.m. Deputy Nicolas A. Wood was notified of an Arson offense, which occurred at CR 405. An investigation was conducted, and the report will follow.
