From public records 100 block of South Main Street - A 57-year-old man who is disabled said he gave his EBT card to a man named Keith to get his groceries. He gave the man his card Feb. 26 and has since not been able to het ahold of the man. The card had a full balance of $400 when the victim gave the man the card. 400 block of Johns Avenue - A man told officers he found one bullet hole on the south side of his residence near the front door.
