CA, CS, ICWA Qualifications to be equivalent to Post Graduat

In a move that would benefit Commerce students across, UGC has passed an order to treat CA, CS and ICWA qualifications as equivalent to post graduate or PG Degrees.

CA, CS and ICWA qualifications would now be considered equivalent to post graduate degrees. University Grants Commission on Monday released an order to consider the qualifications awarded by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICA), Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICWAI) and Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) to be at par with PG degrees.
