A Cadiz man was charged with possession of cocaine after authorities received a report of an impaired driver at the Dollar Tree in Caldwell County Friday morning. Caldwell County Sheriff’s Deputy Evan Head says 39-year-old Marcus Tyler was found to be in possession of cocaine and an open container of alcohol. He is charged with possession of marijuana, possession of cocaine, and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance.
