6 Jun 2021 On behalf of the ‘Sustainable Textile Initiative: Together for Change’ (STITCH) consortium, Fair Wear Foundation is seeking an evaluation team/consultancy firm/academic institution for baseline evaluation of its programme. The study’s objective is to establish a benchmark against which programme progress, achievements, and learnings can be measured in the coming five years. The purpose of the baseline study is also accountability to the donor and learning for the consortium. The programme is being implemented in Bangladesh, Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Myanmar, Vietnam and two countries in MENA region. The study will explore 3 DAC/OECD evaluation criteria, namely relevance, effectiveness and efficiency in the sphere of the work done by STITCH partners with brands, Trade Unions (Tus), Labor Right Organizations (LROs), suppliers, factories and workers.
