Can't Participate In Delimitation Exercise, Have No MPs, MLA

SRINAGAR: The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) on Friday said that they cannot participate in the ongoing delimitation process in Jammu and Kashmir as the party at present has no incumbent Member of Parliament (MP) as well as the Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA).
