Canada Goose commits to transitioning 90% materials to PFMs by 2025

Luxury apparel maker Canada Goose is committed to transitioning 90 per cent of its materials to Preferred Fibres and Materials (PFMs) and using sustainable solutions in 100 per cent of its packaging by 2025. In its 2020 Sustainability Report, the company has highlighted the progress made towards its sustainability goals and set new ambitious commitments.
In the report, the company has identified new areas in which its business can make a more tangible impact. It has committed to transitioning to PFMs, such as recycled and organic fibres, that are sustainable alternatives to conventional materials. This commitment ensures Canada Goose will aggressively incorporate more environmentally responsible materials in its outerwear, apparel and accessories. The company is also committed to using sustainable solutions in 100 per cent of its packaging by 2025 across manufacturing, direct-to-consumer and marketing operations.
