Canada not looking at suing Pfizer over COVID-19 vaccine delay: minister

The Canadian government is not currently considering taking legal action against pharmaceutical giant Pfizer over delays in delivery of its COVID-19 vaccine, Canada's procurement minister says.
Anita Anand made the comments during an emergency debate in the House of Commons Tuesday evening, after Conservative health critic Michelle Rempel Garner asked what recourse the federal government negotiated with Pfizer before signing the contract.
