CAP-PY Ducks available again for summer adoption : vimarsana

The 13th annual CAP-PY Duck Derby is planned for Labor Day weekend, Sunday, Sept. 3, and event organizers expect more than 3,000 rubber ducks to be launched from the Old Forge bridge.
