Cape May Man Arrested on Multiple Counts of Cyber Harassment Authorities in Cape May County say a man from Cape May has been arrested and is now facing cyber harassment charges. Cape May County Prosecutor Jeffrey Sutherland and Lower Township Police Chief William Priole say 27-year-old John Abadie was arrested on multiple counts of cyber harassment, a fourth-degree crime. Sutherland says the arrest comes after a joint investigation started when, "multiple victims came forward and stated that they were a victim of a cyber crime as altered pictures of them were posted on a website, without their permission." The Cape May County Prosecutor's Office says those charged with a fourth-degree crime, like Abadie, face up to one year in jail.
