Capital One expands presence at MOA by opening ... a cafe? The financial giant is opening the cafe this summer. Author: Capital One is expanding its presence at the Mall of America, but the focus won't be on banking. That's because the financial giant has announced this summer it will be opening the "Capital One Cafe" at the Bloomington megamall. The 6,700-square-foot cafe will open on Level 1 South, joining more than 40 similar locations nationwide. And that's not to say that the cafe won't be used to extol the virtues of Capital One. A press release from the company says that the cafes are designed to "reimagine the banking experience by empowering people to feel more confident in their relationship with money and stress less."
