Devon and Cornwall Police Force Incident Manager, who oversees all live incidents across the region, said a 999 call was made to reports of a crash involving the central reservation. The collision happened near to the Weston Mill turnoff at around 1.05pm. Paramedics have checked over the driver and no injuries have been reported.
