After more than a year in processing, the New Jersey Racing Commission (NJRC) has cracked down on caretaker Brett Ecker with a $2,500 fine and a one-year suspension. On a routine inspection, the NJRC found Ecker working as a caretaker at Legend Farm. Ecker was not licensed by the NJRC while working with Standardbred racehorses
