Carroll County commissioners approve additional funds for Ch

The new Charles Carroll Community Center in Westminster will be on the site of former Charles Carroll Elementary School and will have a full-size gym for basketball, volleyball and pickle ball, two multipurpose rooms and a technology room with Wi-Fi.
