CARTA’s Sets Memorial Day Holiday Schedule Wednesday, May 26, 2021 In observance of Memorial Day, CARTA’s fixed route, Downtown Shuttle, North Shore Shuttle and St. Elmo/Incline Shuttle bus services will operate on Saturday schedules on Monday. The CARTA Care-a-van will also be operating on a holiday schedule.
