PETALING JAYA: Malaysians are expected to start getting vaccinated in the next two to three months, but the question on most people’s minds is how safe and reliable it is.
The uncertainty arises from the speed at which it has been developed. Similar attempts at producing a viable vaccine in the past had taken years.
Virologist Prof Dr Sandy Loh of University Nottingham Malaysia told
theSun that it normally takes more than 10 years to roll out a vaccine and that the development of the Covid-19 vaccine is an astounding process.
