CDC: Fully Vaccinated Can Skip Routine COVID Testing June 4, 2021 -- People who have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 don’t need to be tested regularly or quarantine, even after being exposed to someone who was sick, according to the latest CDC guidance. At the same time, those who are fully vaccinated should get tested or quarantine if they develop COVID-19 symptoms such as fever, cough, and fatigue. “Most fully vaccinated people with no COVID-like symptoms do not need to quarantine, be restricted from work, or be tested following an exposure to someone with suspected or confirmed COVID-19, as their risk of infection is low,” the CDC wrote.
