Google Maps An agency that serves people with behavioral health needs in McLean County has received a donated building that it will use to house its recovery program. Tom Barr, executive director of the McLean County Center for Human Services (CHS), said Dave Segneri and his family have donated the Tower Center building at 520 N. Center St. in Bloomington to the agency. “This is a perfect example of a public-private partnership,” Barr said in a statement. “We are so grateful to the Segneri family for their generosity and commitment to our mission.” Segneri, who is headed into retirement after a five-decade career in communications and security, said he wanted the building to go to a “stable organization” that will benefit from the space and be able to maintain the structure.
