Centre Lauds AP Performance In Energy Conservation Under PAT Scheme

NEW DELHI: The Centre has lauded the Andhra Pradesh Government for showing the best talent in implementing the 'Perform, Achieve, Trade (PAT)' scheme for energy conservation. The State registered better performance in implementing the PAT in the second phase.
On Monday, Union Minister for Power, New and Renewable Energy RK Singh will preside over a webinar in Delhi on Monday on the progress made by various industries in the second phase of PAT across the country.
Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE) Director General Abhay Bhakre detailed the progress made by AP in energy conservation, the state energy ministry said in a statement on Sunday.
