Angelo State University’s RAMbassadors program and Honors Program held ceremonies commemorating their graduating members May 3 and 4, respectively.
The RAMbassadors ceremony took place in the Vista Verde Room at Plaza Verde. Graduating seniors were awarded stoles celebrating their time and efforts in the program. The event also commemorated other volunteers who have participated in the leadership program in the past.
RAMbassadors is a volunteer leadership program housed in the Office of Admissions. According to the campus website, the organization helps students learn time management, communication, customer service, marketing, interpersonal and leadership skills to benefit them in their future careers.
“We appreciate the support of the university as we continue to recruit our future Ram Fam,” Amanda Ritchie, assistant director of admissions, said. “RAMbassadors are a key part of that recruitment process.”
