Ceremony officially opens new Texarkana rec center : vimarsa

TEXARKANA, Ark. -- During a ribbon-cutting ceremony Thursday, city officials thanked all involved in bringing the new Texarkana Recreation Center to life and predicted the facility will benefit the community for years to come.
