Gym owner Mickey Jacobs cuts the ribbon with his staff behind him. Southern Bodies is a gym in Downtown Tifton with a meal-prep kitchen. Gym members can order meal preps every Friday so each week they have a healthy meal to stay on target with their goals. Pork tenderloin with dirty rice is one meal prep.
