This is over ten times higher than the same period in 2019. A permanent incomplete (IN) means that a student would not receive any credit for the course and their overall “R-score” would not be affected. This option is exercised by “a student who has been unable to complete a course due to reasons beyond his or her control,” according to the school’s policy on the evaluation of student achievement.
