Charge Sheet Filed Against 3 HM Militants By NIA For Reviving Militancy In Kishtwar
A news item published in the
Daily Excelsior stated, “charge sheet against Jaffer Hussain of Hunjalla and Taraq Hussain Giri of Pochhal in Kishtwar and Tanveer Ahmad Malik of Tantna in Doda district was filed before the NIA special court in Jammu, an official handout released by the NIA this evening said.”
“It said charges would also be abated against three slain Hizbul Mujahideen militants – Osama Bin Javed alias “Osama”; Haroon Abbas Wani and Zahid Hussain alias “Zahid” — for their involvement in various terror related incidents in Doda-Kishtwar belt. The trio were killed by security forces in different encounters in 2019 and 2020.”
