Chilling threat before East London boy, 6, is slain

“I know the child is another man’s ... I’m now at the bush with the child ... Choose to either apologise to me or I kill the boy ... It is done.” These were the chilling words texted to the mother of six-year-old Sinobom Tywantsi by the man the child believed was his father. The boy’s body was later found in the bush at Bhongweni township near the King Phalo Airport in East London on Tuesday afternoon.
