According to a statement by the bank: “Nearly 2,000 individuals are supported by the Bahamas Red Cross Society’s Meals on Wheels and Parcel/Voucher programmes on a weekly basis. “As this number increases and the charity’s ‘donor dollars’ dwindle, a recent $12,000 donation will ensure that its feeding efforts continue this holiday season and for many months to come.”
