Mix with the coffee and put into a small cafetière. Pour over 200ml just-boiled water and leave to stand for five minutes, then plunge. Heat the milk. Add the coffee to a warmed flask with as much milk as you like. Serve with a sugar cube and a cinnamon stick stirrer.
