City Hall Concludes BLACKPINK Jennie Did Not Violate Quarantine Rules

According to an official from the Paju City Hall on April 23, it was concluded that the "As If It's Your Last" singer's visit to the arboretum did not violate the quarantine rules.
It was previously revealed that YG Entertainment had submitted an application to the arboretum prior to filming and that the visit was work-related and not private.
As the suspicion around Jennie's quarantine violation has been concluded and cleared by the Paju City Hall, she is planning to resume her activities after it was put on pause amidst the controversy.
Although the controversy has been concluded, there is still a lot of debate on whether filming videos, such as for Youtube, falls under the exception of Korea's ban on public gatherings of more than five people.
