Aasu leaders during a meeting with Seba chairman RC Jain and other officials in Guwahati on Saturday (UB photo) GUWAHATI: The Board of Secondary Education, Assam (Seba) has said it was ready to conduct the Class X exams within 15 days from the day the Covid situation returns to “normalcy”. This was assured to an All Assam Students’ Union (Aasu) delegation by the senior officials of Seba during a meeting held in the city on Saturday. “Aasu told Seba that the registered board examinees must not lose their academic year and should not face health-related problems either. Seba has assured us that if the Covid situation improves, they are ready to go ahead to conduct the exam by giving a 15-day notice in advance,” said Aasu chief adviser Samujjal Bhattacharyya. Seba will hold another round of talks with Aasu after five days.
