Joanne Lundy, who has headed up Discover the World Canada as Director for 28 years, is retiring from the position this month. Taking over the reins as the new Director is Jane Clementino, who comes to Discover the World Canada from WestJet and WestJet Vacations where she was Global Director of Indirect Sales. In that role she was instrumental in growing sales revenues 35%+ within a 5-year period. Before that she was VP, Client Consulting Services and Sales for Navigant / CWT Canada. Her 30 years of experience in the travel industry, in aviation, corporate travel management, and retail travel, have given her extensive knowledge of the travel marketplace, distribution channels, and supplier relations.
