Cloud clusters in Visayas, Mindanao likely to develop into L

THE Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Thursday that it was monitoring cloud formations east of Visayas and Mindanao, which have a chance of turning into a low pressure area (LPA).
