Cloud clusters that may turn into LPA monitored : vimar

MANILA, Philippines: The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Tuesday that it is closely monitoring cloud formations over Sulu Sea outside the country's area of responsibility that may develop into a low pressure area (LPA) in the coming days.
