Clyde Gateway has already been in charge of several developments in Dalmarnock including the Police Scotland building VACANT land in Glasgow’s East End has been awarded to a property investor who plans to transform the neighbourhood into a thriving business area. During the most recent contracts and property committee, held by the City Council, members agreed to dispose of the land at Dunn Street/Poplin Street to Clyde Gateway who intend to develop business units and offices. Clyde Gateway is Scotland’s biggest and most ambitious regeneration programme. It is a partnership between Glasgow City Council, South Lanarkshire Council and Scottish Enterprise, backed by funding and direct support from the Scottish Government.
