Well, its big because what you do is you question any suspect here, obviously, the suspects are juveniles. Therell be moved we shouldnt made by Defense Lawyers if it comes a time that theres a trial to suppress those statements on various grounds. Did he know what he was doing . Hes younger, certainly Law Enforcement can talk to juveniles. They their protections just like anybody else though and those statements have to be voluntary, knowing, et cetera.
