By Ken Delaney May 9, 2021 | 9:05 PM GRAND LEDGE, MI (WTVB) â Despite a strong defensive first half, the Coldwater High School girls varsity soccer team fell at Grand Ledge 6-0 Saturday afternoon. Grand Ledge only led 1-0 at the half, then scored two more in the first five minutes of the second half to put the game away. Taylor Robison made 19 saves in goal for the Lady Cardinals, the second most in school history for a single game. Coldwater was playing its second game in two days, and third in four days. With the loss, Coldwater falls to 4-8 on the season. They will host Jackson Lumen Christi in Interstate 8 Conference action Wednesday.
