Additional changes, including facade renovations and lighting upgrades, are scheduled for this summer. Brixmor described the occupants of the former Kmart, which closed in 2018, as "junior anchors" at the center. Big Lots is the largest of the three, occupying about 40,000 square feet. That compares to about 25,000 square feet for the Lidl supermarket and 22,000 square feet for Ross.
