The city of Roswell Planning and Zoning Commission is due to consider a rezoning request tonight that has become part of a deal to sell Roswell Air Center land.
Ergon Asphalt and Emulsions Inc., a current tenant at 49 E. Martin St., has entered an agreement to purchase two parcels from the city for $340,000, plus several other financial considerations, so that it can expand its business.
