West Side Swoyersville Borough Council at its April 5 council meeting decided to open future meetings to the public but with capacity limits until the governor further relaxes restrictions. Borough council meetings are held at 6:30 p.m. the first Monday of each month. Attendance list will be on a first come, first served basis with a total of 12 seats available. Council decided on the following system for attendance:
