Is there anything you would do differently? We were pretty conservative with our approach to using virtual platforms for town business. Other communities I think opened that up sooner. There’s a number of reasons why we were more conservative in how we approached that. We had concerns about security in Zoom. We had concerns about Zoom bombing. We had some staffing issues in the IT department. There was a lot of factors that prompted us to be a little slower maybe to open it up and allow boards and committees to use our licenses for their business. That was maybe six weeks, eight weeks. Once we figured it out we did open it up pretty fully. Since mid to late May, it’s been full operation of boards and committees to use Zoom. Here we are a year later, and we did keep our meetings secure for all boards and committees throughout the pandemic.
