Conman dupes businessman of Rs 4 crore posing as intel offic

Dave, a Malabar Hill resident, posed as an undercover agent of the Central Intelligence Agency and claimed to have a close relationship with senior BJP leaders in Delhi. He defrauded the businessman, who has a liaison and consulting business.
