By: Times News Service Muscat: The Department of Blood Bank Services (DBBS) has appealed to all to continue donating blood during the holy month of Ramadan to avoid a shortage in supply. A statement said, "During the month of Ramadan, the number of blood donors drops dramatically at the Central Blood Bank (Baushar). Donate blood and save lives. Sunday to Thursday between 8 am and 1 pm.” Blood donors who wish to donate blood at the Central Blood Bank during the restrictions on movement should take the following steps:
1. Book a blood donation appointment via WhatsApp 94555648. 2. Submit your information along with a copy of your ID card to the same phone number.
