PHOTO COURTESY TTPS - TTPS A police exercise on Tuesday afternoon led to the seizure of three guns and a quantity of ammunition in Morvant. Police said members of the North Eastern Division Task Force (NEDTF) went to Cipriani Avenue, Second Caledonia, at around 2 pm and found a submachine gun, two pistols and three magazines containing ten rounds of ammunition. No one was held. The operation was led by Snr Supt Maharaj and Supt Roger Alexander with field operations led by Insp Bharath, Sgt Quashie, Cpl Majeed and PCs Mieres, Dass, Voisin, Andrews, Hyde and Nanan.
