CORNWALL – A Cornwall man who went on a tear two years ago vandalizing cars in the city will have to make nearly $22,400 in restitution to the owners.
The cars and trucks were vandalized in April and May 2019 on Pitt Street, Fourth Street West, York Street and Augustus Street.
