Cynapalooza has changed this year, and will not be hosting Weiner dog races, silent auction, and other events listed in the Up & Out section. Saturday's event will include a reading circle event at 10 a.m. at Little Brown Duck, with deals planned, and there will be drawing for several $25 gift cards
