Coshocton woman dies from crash injuries The crash remains under investigation by Coshocton County Sheriff’s officers and county prosecutors. Madison was flown by helicopter from the scene to Ohio State University Hospital in Columbus due to the severity of her injuries, investigators said. Tuesday at about 2:20 p.m., the sheriff’s office received a 911 call about a two-vehicle crash with injuries in the 20000 block of State Route 16 in Jackson Township. Upon arrival, deputies determined that a Chevrolet truck driven by William P. Cline, 34, of Newcomerstown, rear-ended a van driven by Madison, while she was turning into a driveway. Two juvenile passengers were in the van at the time of the crash. Both drivers were wearing seat belts.
