IONIA — The Ionia Community Library is cleaning up some property matters in the city after voters turned down several millage proposals for a new facility.The Ionia City Council voted unanimously Tuesday, Jan. 5, to approve a property transfer agreement between the city and Ionia Community Library.An agreement was made in 2004 that deeded the city-owned properties at 178 and 185 Adams St. to the library, according to Ionia Interim City Manager Gregg Guetschow.As part of that agreement,
