Support for vulnerable Dundee people with housing costs, food, period products and other essentials will be discussed by the city council next week.
The council’s plans to maintain the effort while boosting recovery from Covid-19 will be laid out for elected members at the policy and resources committee meeting on Monday.
Help with housing costs, food, period products, and cash payments direct to families are among the key welfare provisions delivered by the council, supported by local organisations and the third sector since the coronavirus pandemic hit.
